Patronise our medical centre -Anambra police charges citizens

Anambra police commissioner, CP John Bassey Abang has called on all Anambra inhabitants to take advantage of the latest additions made to the hospital’s services.

Speaking through his Public Relations Officers, SP Haruna Mohammed in a recent police diary, the CP disclosed that with setting up an eye and dental sections in the police medical clinic, the people could be healthier if they visit regularly for check ups.

Abang also disclosed that the clinic was ready for the forthcoming Inspector-general of Police health Awareness Campaign tagged “STAY HEALTHY TO SECURE THE NATION “

He added that drivers on Anambra roads would be forced to take the basic health fitness tests; visual and psychological. The release read thus in full;

ANOTHER MILESTONE RECORDED BY THE POLICE MEDICAL SERVICES ANAMBRA STATE COMMAND:

-As the hospital introduces Eye Clinic and Dental department.

-Perfoms compulsory eye check for Police drivers to ensure visual fitness.

The Anambra State Police medical services has organised series of activities to mark the Inspector-general of Police health Awareness Campaign tagged “STAY HEALTHY TO SECURE THE NATION “

  1. Part of the activities put in place to mark the event includes,

-Health tips,

  • Free blood pressure (BP)check,
    -Blood Sugar and Cholesterol tests
    -Cancer Screening,
    -Psychological assessment,
    -Eye and Dental checks.
  1. Consequently, the Hospital equally unveiled Eye clinic and Dental department which provides twenty four hours services for both in and out patients.
  2. The Commissioner of Police CP John B.Abang,fdc enjoins the Public to utilize this opportunity and patronize the Command medical facilities for a qualitative and affordable health care delivery.
