NSCDC Anambra State parades recovered 2 illegal trucks of Black oil

The newly deployed Commander Nigeria Security Civil Defence Corps Everetus Obiyo, this Tuesday paraded 4 persons suspected to be involved in illegal dealing on Adulterated petroleum product and conveyance of two trucks loaded 90,000 liters of low pour fuel oil LPFO.

The 2 trucks LPFO also known as black oil was recovered from the four suspects namely, Mohammed Nuradden state aged 30, Sabi Zubaru aged 43, Abdullahi Lawal, 33, Suleman Mohammed, 36 years old, all hails from kaduna state.

The NSCDC Commander explains how the suspects were arrested

Obiyo noted that the suspects admitted and confessed to various criminal roles they played in the crime

He added that preliminary investigations indicates that the suspects are not lincensed to deal in petroleum products, while the trucks do not have permit to be used for conveying the commodities.

The 2 trucks which had initial Conoil on its body were sighted in the scene.

The NSCDC boss called for continuous cooperation and support from all residents of Anambra state to provide credible information to help the command actualize the core mandate of it’s purpose.
